The emergency stop was not operational and the operators had to walk a
distance
of approximately 10 feet away to disengage the Square D box in order to
stop the
line.
A feasible and effective means of abatement would include the replacement
or
repair of
the emergency stop that was provided by the manufacturer of the
equipment.er
