Section 6(a) of the Puerto Rico Occupational Safety and Health Act: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to: Seccion 6(a) de la Ley de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo de Puerto Rico: El patrono no proveyo empleo y un sitio de empleo libre de riesgos reconocidos que esten causando o que puedan causar muerte o dano fisico a los empleados, por cuanto empleados estaban expuestos a: Employer Clinica Santa Rosa, Inc did not provide training to all of their employees related to the establishment written protocol for the handling of domestic violence in the workplace, as required by the Act for the Implementation of a Protocol to Handle Domestic Violence Situations in the Workplace or Place of Employment, Act No. 217 of 2006. Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable method to correct this hazard is to provide training to all the establishment's employees related to its written protocol for the handling of domestic violence in the workplace. Patrono Clinica Santa Rosa, Inc no proveyo adiestramiento a todos sus empleados relacionado al protocolo escrito del establecimiento para el manejo de violencia domestica en el lugar de trabajo, segun requerido por la Ley para la Implantacion de un Protocolo para Manejar Situaciones de Violencia Domestica en el Lugar o Sitio de Trabajo, Ley Num. 217 de 2006. Entre otros metodos, un metodo factible y aceptable para corregir este riesgo es proveer adiestramiento a todos los empleados del establecimiento relacionado a su protocolo escrito para el manejo de violencia domestica en el lugar de trabajo.a
