METHOD TO CORRECT THIS HAZARD IS TO FOLLOW MANUFACTURES
RECOMMENDATION TO INSPECT ALL ANCHOR BOLTS MONTHLY AND RE-
TIGHTEN IF NECESSARY. ANOTHER FEASIBLE ABATEMENT WOULD BE TO
FOLLOW AMERICAN NATIONAL STANDARDS FOR AUTOMOTIVE ANSI B153.1-
2009.
