employer
in the proper
use of the mobile ladder stands and ladder stand platforms. They shall
also be required to read
and understand the user instructions before being allowed to use any unit.
Section 8.2.1, the
owner shall adhere to the manufacturer's maintenance instructions to
maintain the quality and
serviceability of the unit.
