29 CFR 1910.307(c):  Equipment, wiring methods, and installations of
equipment in
hazardous Class I Division 2 locations were not intrinsically safe, or
approved for the
hazardous Class 1 Division 2 location, or safe for the hazardous Class I
Division 2 location:
1) ConocoPhillips Bayway Refinery site -
a) Butane & Propane Caverns;
b) Gasoline Component Tank field:
Means were not provided to prevent fire/explosion hazards, in that,
Electrical conduit
located in Class I Division 2 locations were rotted away exposing
electrical wires
rated from 110V - 4000V.
Condition noted on or about 07/08/2011.
