the point
of operation. On or about 7/21/11.
A feasible means of abatement would be to establish and implement a
minimum safe
distance program that conforms to the requirements of ANSI B11.3-1982
paragraph
6.1.4.3 and contains the training elements listed in OSHA Directive CPL
2-1.25.
NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT
CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN
AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR
1903.19.
