deficiencies.

storage racks had
three legs that were bent, on or about 3/14/12.
b) San Saba Pecan, LP, Harlem, Ga - In the cold storage room C, the
storage racks were not
bolted to the floor, on or about 3/14/12.
c) San Saba Pecan, LP, Harlem, Ga - In the cold storage room C, the
storage racks had missing
or broken base plates, on or about 3/14/12.
Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable method to correct this
hazard is to follow the
ANSI standard MH16.1-2008.
In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required
for this violation
(using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
