to operate the unguarded, vertical baler, unknown make, model, and serial
numbers.
One method of abatement to correct this apparent hazard is to instruct
employees to recognize the hazard of
operating an unguarded vertical baler as required by ANSI Z245.5-2004,
paragraph 7.1(b).

component equipment, and safeguards
were in safe operating condition.

frequent and periodic inspections of the
