employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or
likely to cause death or serious
physical harm to employees:

Equipment:TEREX Model 345 Hydra-Trac Drill
Condition:The employer did not ensure that the employee did not operate
the drill on soft or
unstable soil.
Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement method to
correct this hazard is to ensure that
the employees do not tram machine on soft or unstable ground, as per the
Operator's Manual for the TEREX
Model 345 Hydra-Trac Reedrill.
Abatement documentation (photographs, receipts, copies of programs,
training certification, etc.)
is required for this item.
