hazards in that employees were allowed to walk and work around steel

racks that had 1) damaged columns and angle braces. 2) Column base plates
that
were not anchored to the floor.
Among others a feasible and acceptable means to correct this hazard is to
follow the
recommendations of ANSI MH16.1:2008 Specification for the Design, Testing
and Utilization
of Industrial Steel Storage Racks.
