backed up.
Violation occurred on or about 1/9/12 at approximately 4:30 am.

A Helper attempted to mount the front step of Truck #37 while the truck
was in motion.
Violation occurred on or about 1/9/12 at approximately 5:30 am.
Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement method to
correct this hazard
is to:
1.  Enforce safety rules during the route, such as not riding on the truck
while it is in
reverse, not riding on steps designated as access steps only, and not
mouting a moving
vehicle.
