Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970:  The
employer did not
furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from
recognized hazards
that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm:
Dalmarc Signs employees were exposed to falls of approximately 20 ft. when
working in a
Wilkie aerial ladder basket without wearing a safety harness with lanyard
attached to the
proper anchor points.
A feasible and acceptable method of abatement to correct this hazard would
be to comply
with the manufacturer's  instructions and wear a safety harness with
lanyard attached to the
anchor points while in the basket.
