Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970:  The
employer did not
furnish to each of his employees a place of employment which were free
from recognized
hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical
harm to his employees in
that employees were exposed to burn hazards:
(a)On or about 2/24/12 - 4222 University Boulevard East, Tuscaloosa AL,
employees were
exposed to grease burns as a result of a bent hook on a Franke fry basket.
Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable method to correct this
hazard is to inspect
and remove fry baskets that are not in good condition.
