On or about 03/27/2012, at 3007 NW 60th St. Ft. Lauderdale, Fl., the
employees were
exposed to struck by hazards, while performing work in the warehouse. The
employer
failed to ensure that storage rack structural components were maintained
properly in that
the racks were not secured, anchored to the floor and damaged components
not repaired.
