North Carolina General Statute 95-129(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health A ct of North Carolina: The employer did not furnish each of his employees conditi ons of employment and a place of employment free from recognized hazards that we re causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in tha t employees were exposed to struck by hazards: job site - where employee(s) inst alling plywood on the roof operated a Hitachi pneumatic nail gun (NR 83A2, 3 1/4 " strip nailer, maximum air pressure 120 PSI) with the air pressure set at 125 P SI. Abatement note: One feasible and acceptable abatement method, among others, to correct this hazard is limit air pressure to the rated pressure of the Hitachi pneumatic nail gun (120 PSI).
