Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish to each of his employees a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to his employees in that employees were exposed to fall hazards: (a)On or about 04/10/12 - 401 Stinson Street, Centre, AL, an employee was working from the bucket of a Bobcat. Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable method to correct this hazard would be to prohibit the use of the equipment for lifting personnel.
