Health Act of North
Carolina:  The employer did not furnish employment and a place of
employment which were
free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or
serious physical harm
to employees in that employees were exposed to a fire and explosion hazard:
a)facility, the aluminum dust collector was located inside of the facility.
Abatement note:  Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable
abatement method
to correct this hazard is to comply with National Fire Protection Agency
(NFPA)
"Standard for Combustible Metals" including, but not limited to:
* Dry-type dust collectors shall be located outside of building as stated
in NFPA 484
Paragraph 8.7.3.5.h
