Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement method to correct this hazard is to bolt down steel pallet quantity storage racks as referenced in ANSI MH16.1:2008, 1.4.7 Specification For The Design, Testing And Utilization Of Industrial Steel Storage Racks. Abatement documentation (photographs, receipts, copies of programs, training certification, etc.) is required for this item.

Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement method to correct this hazard, install and utilize a restraint system in accordance with the current version of American National Standards Institute (ANSI) B56.1, "Safety Standard for Powered Industrial Trucks," and American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) B56.1-2000, "Safety Standard for Low Lift and High Lift Trucks."
