ensure the operator wore the installed seatbelt on the NEW HOLLAND TL100A,

#27 which was equipped with a roll over protection system (ROPS).
Abatement note: Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement
method to
correct this hazard is to have employees fasten the installed seat belt
when operating
equipment.

that hazards
were present, or were likely to be present, which necessitated the use of
personal protection
