(1)The ALM 9001 automotive lift does not recieve annaul inspections
and maintenance. Among other methods, a feasible and acceptable
means of abatement to correct these hazards are: 1) An automotive
lift inspection and maintenance program shall be established in
accordance with ANSI/ALIOM 2008- Standards for Automotive Lifts-
Safety Requirements for Operation, Inspection and Maintenance
and the lift manufacturer owner manual. 2) Perform annual
inspections of the automotive lift by a qualified lift inspector.
