31-372-101 Section 31-370(a) of the Connecticut Occupational Safety and Health Act: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to vehicular struck by hazards. Location: (A)Candlewood North (1)Employees exposed to vehicular traffic were not wearing appropriate high visibilty garments. A feasible means of abatement is to ensure all road construction workers wear a minimum ANSI Class II garment when working in roadway.
