North Carolina General Statute 95-129(1) of the Occupational Safety
and Health Act of North Carolina:  The employer did not furnish
employment and a place of employment which were free from
recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or
serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed
to caught between and struck by hazards:
a)9225 Forsythe Park Dr., a safe handling process was not
utilized for loading, moving, and unloading the
electrical control panel, which measured 88" high x 131"
long x 27" deep and weighing approximately 5,000 pounds,
with the Hyster Lift Truck equipped with 7' long forks,
as on August 14, 2012, while unloading the panel, it fell
over striking an employee.
One feasible and acceptable method to abate this item is
to use a palletizing means with proper rigging materials.g
