likely to cause death or serious
physical harm to employees:

Condition:Three bolt pieces were not capped to prevent impalement.
Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement method to
correct this hazard is to locate caps
on top of the bolt pieces to prevent an impalement hazard to employees as
indicated on 1926.701(b).
Abatement documentation (photographs, receipts, copies of programs,
training certification, etc.)
is required for this item.
