was not secured to the
forks while employees were using the box to install overhead flourescent
lights 20 feet high.
ABATEMENT NOTE:
1)Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement method to
correct these hazards is
that the employer contact the forklift manufacturer and get a factory
attachment for lifting
employees.
