Labor and Employment Article, Section 5-104(a): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees: (a)Date of Violations:12/17/12 Location:Ground Level Side Road Entrance Equipment:Doosan 25 Pro 5 5,000lb Diesel Forklift Condition:An employee did not have his seatbelt fastened. Among others, one feasible and acceptable method to correct this hazard, install and utilize a restraint system in accordance with the current version of American National Standards Institute (ANSI) B56.1, "Safety Standard for Powered Industrial Trucks," and American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) B56.1- 2000, "Safety Standard for Low Lift and High Lift Trucks."
