employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or
likely to cause death or serious
physical harm to employees:

Location:2nd Floor of House, 121 Briarwood Circle
Condition:Employees were exposed to the hazard being crushed/struck by
collapsing roof trusses
due to inadequate bracing techniques.
(b)Date of Violation:On or About 04/23/13
Location:2nd Floor of House, 202 Briarwood Circle
Condition:Employees were exposed to the hazard being crushed/struck by
collapsing roof trusses
due to inadequate bracing techniques.
Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable method to correct this
hazard is to install bracing in
accordance with the Wood Truss Council of America recommendations per
BCSI-B2.
That prior to the date of issuance hereof, Jairo Ramirez Rubio dba Rubio
Framing Violated the standard,
regulation, or section of the MOSH Act cited herein, for which the
following citations(s) was/were issued
and became final: 1. Item No. 2, Citation No. 1 of Case No. C7068-022-13,
issued on 01/14/2013, resulting
from an inspection at 101 Brooke Lane, Centreville, MD 21617, and became
final on 02/12/2013.
