Labor and Employment Article, Section 5-104(a): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees: (a)Date of Violation:05/02/13 Location:South Side of Building Equipment:Skyjack VR-1056D Telescopic Lift Condition:An employee was operating equipment without using the provided seatbelt. Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement method to correct This hazard, install and utilize a restraint system in accordnce with the current version of American National Standards Institute (ANSI) B56.1 " Safety Standard for Powered Industrial Trucks," and American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) B56.1-2000 " Safety Standard for Low Lift High Lift Trucks".
