Health Act of North Carolina:  The
employer did not furnish each of his employees conditions of employment
and a place of employment free from
recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious
physical harm to employees in that
employees were exposed to struck by hazards:
a)facility, driving range - for employees exposed to golf balls being hit
by golfers while operating
a John Deere, model 955, tractor towing a range picker not equipped with a
protective cover.
Abatement Note:
Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement method is to
fit the tractor with a
