North Carolina General Statute 95-129(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of North Carolina: The employer did not furnish to each of his employees conditions of employment and a place of employment free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees, in that employees were exposed to electrical hazards. a) Mobile homes located at 1600 South Railroad St, Robersonville, NC- where 110/120 volt receptacles in the mobile homes were loose and/or without covers, exposing live wiring. 1-10) Mobile homes # 12, 14, 23, 33, 44, 45, 46, 47, 51 and 52. Abatement Notice: One feasible and acceptable means of abatements is to secure receptacles to wall and properly install approved covers.d
