A.R.S. 23-403.A.: The employer did not furnish to each of his employees employment and a place of employment which are free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to their employees, in that the employer allowed employees to be exposed to fall hazards of over 12' in height in the waste transfer building. (a) 3004 Coppermine Rd, Page, AZ, 86040, Solid Waste Transfer Station Building: An employee was exposed to fall hazards as adequate fall protection was not provided at the waste drop off and truck/trailer loading point.
