Condition:Employees operated a forklift while not wearing the seatbelt.
Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable method to correct this
hazard, wear the restraint system in
accordance with the current version of American National Standards
Institute (ANSI) B56.1-2009 "Safety
Standard for Low Lift and High Lift Trucks."
