Condition:The forklift was not provided with a seatbelt.

hazard, install and utilize a restraint

Standards Institute (ANSI) B56.1, "Safety
Standard of Powered Industrial Trucks," and American Society of Mechanical
Engineers (ASME) B56.1-2012,
"Safety Standard for Low Lift and High Lift Trucks."
