Each employee on a walking/working surface (horizontal and verticalsurface) with an unprotected side or edge which is 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level shall be protected from falling by the use of guardrailsystems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest sytem:(a) Location - 97 River Road, Bow, NH - On or about 02/16/11, Employees were working on top of the condex boxes without fall protection. CCB Inc. was previously cited for this Occupational Safety and Health Stadard or its equivalent standard, 29CFR1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 311591952, Citation NUmber 01, Item Number 001b, with a final order date of 12/14/2009, with respect to a workplace located at 880 North Commerical Street, Manchester, NH.
