29 CFR 1926.1417(c)(1): The procedures applicable to the operation of the equipment, including rated capacities (load charts), recommended operating speeds, special hazard warnings, instructions, and operator's manual, were not readily available in the cab at all times for use by the operator: a. Site - The Caterpillar forklift (Model TH560B) was used with the Star Industries jib attachment the warnings, instructions, operators manual and load charts were not kept in the cab and available for the operators use.
