29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms or service rooms were not kept clean and orderly or in a sanitary condition:     a) Planer Area: On or about March 9, 2011 and times prior thereto the housekeeping schedule/program was not sufficient or implemented in a manner to prevent residual wood dust from accumulating on a Dayton oil fired heater (125,000 BTU) being used in this area.      b) Resaw Area: On or about March 9, 2011 and times prior thereto the housekeeping schedule/program was not sufficient or implemented in a manner to minimize or prevent residual Class II wood dust from accumulating in various locations and on various surfaces including but not limited to the resaw floor, walkway railings, stored cylinders, inside a flammable cabinet, and high ledges.      c) Electrical area outside of filing room: On or about March 9, 2011 and times prior thereto the housekeeping schedule/program was not sufficient or implemented in a manner to minimize or prevent wood dust build-up on ledges, and properly remove piles of wood dust from the floor.      d) Outside fuel storage area:  On or about March 9, 2011 and times prior thereto the housekeeping schedule/program was not sufficient or implemented in a manner to minimize wood dust and debris from building up on and around a serviceable 500 gallon gas dispensing tank.         Note) Abatement certification is required for this item.
