29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: (a) Smith's Grocery, Burley, ID: On March 10, 2011, an employee was observed elevated in a Genie S-60 aerial lift and was not utilizing any means of fall protection equiptment, thus exposed to a potential fall hazard approximately 15 feet to the ground level below.
