29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees were not protected by protective helmets while working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns: a) Jobsite: On April 7, 2011 and times prior thereto, three employees were flying and positioning wood trusses into place onto the top plate without head protection. Note: Abatement certification is required.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems, nor was an alternative fall protection plan which meets the requirements of �1926.502(k) developed and implemented: a) Jobsite: On April 7, 2011 and times prior thereto, employees were standing on the top plate at over 10', guiding and securing roof trusses into place without fall protection. Note: Abatement certification is required for this item.
