29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there is a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from fallingor flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets. a. Site- An employee working beneath a ladder jack scaffold was exposed to over head struck by hazards where head protection was not used or provided. Raymundo Ramirez dba LSS Services was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard which was contained in OSHA inspection number 313851586, citation number 1, item number 1, issued on 11/17/2009, with respect to a workplace located at 68 Foster Street, Everett, MA 02149. The final order date for the citation was on 1/19/2010 upon signing an informal settlement agreement.
