29 CFR 1910.141(a)(3)(i): Places of employment were not kept clean to the extent that the nature of the work allowed: (a)Big O Tires at 2440 Lincoln Ave., Steamboat Springs, CO 80487: The employer did not ensure the workplace was kept clean to the extent possible in that change/break room had not been cleaned for several weeks and had a dirty floor and debris scattered about. This condition exposed the employees to an unsanitary condition.
