29 CFR 1926.502(d)(17): The attachment point of the body belt was not located in the center of the wear's back: a) On or about April 13, 2011, employees were exposed to injury in that, employees were not attaching their lanyard to the D-ring located on the wears back. Stay Dry Roofing Service LLC, was previously cited for a violation of thiis Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.502(d)(17) wihic was contained in OSHA inspection 309004810 citation number 1 item 1 issued on August 21, 2006, with respect to a workplace located at 279 Bluffs Drive, Eagle, CO 81631. Stay Dry Roofing Services LLC, was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.502(d)(17) which was contained in OSHA inspection 309004810 citation number 1 item 1 issued on August 25, 2006, which became a final order on November 4, 2006, with respect to a workplace located at 279 Bluff Drive, Eagle, CO 80461. Abatement Certification and Documentation is required for this item.
