29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Where the employer was engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8m) or more above lower levels employees were not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) On or about April 12, 2011, and at times prior, employees were exposed to falls exceeding 6 feet while re-roofing a 4-12 pitched roof. Durango Roofing Company, was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection 313715963, citation number 1 item 1 issued on January 8, 2010, and became a final order on January 28, 2010, with respect to a workplace located at 1811 Pavillion Dr., Montrose, CO 81401. Durango Roofing Company, was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection 310595772, citation number 1 item 2, issued on March 18, 2008, with respect to a worksite located at 848 E. 3rd Ave., Durango, CO 81301.
