The employee working in the tree was not protected from falls by the use of fall protection equipment suitable for the tasks being preformed. THE KEENE TREE SERVICE WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD 29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v) WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 311592653, CITATION NUMBER 01, ITEM NUMBER 01, ISSUED ON 03/24/2010. WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT THE KEENE, NEW HAMPSHIRE. THE FINAL ORDER DATE FOR THE CITATION WAS ON 4/7/2010.
