Each disconnecting means required by this subpart for motors and appliances shall be legibly marked to indicate its purpose, unless located and arranged so the purpose is evident. a) On or about May 3, 2011, and at times prior, employees were exposed to electrical hazards in that, label for the panel box located on the north wall was not legible. Abatement Note: Abatement certification is required for this item.

29 CFR 1910.305(b)(2)(i): All pull boxes, junction boxes, and fittings shall be provided with covers identified for the purpose. If metal covers are used, they shall be grounded. In completed installations, each outlet box shall have a cover, faceplate, or fixture canopy. Covers of outlet boxes having holes through which flexible cord pendants pass shall be provided with bushings designed for the purpose or shall have smooth, well-rounded surfaces on which the cords may bear. a) On or about May 3, 2011, and at times prior, employees were exposed to electrical hazards in that, the outlet on the north wall was not provided with a faceplate. Abatement Note: Abatement certification and documentation is required.
