D-7 Roofing, LLC was previosuly cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard, 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) or its equivalent, which was contained in inspection #314660689, citation 1, item 1a, issued on November 10, 2010 and became a final order on December 7, 2010 with respect to a worksite located at 10154 Ouray St., Commerce City, CO 80022.
