29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords and cables were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief was provided that would prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws: (a) On or about April 25, and at times prior, the employer did not protect employees from shock, burn and fire hazards in that the plug on the north wall, west end, of the car wash area north of the service shop, had the insulation pulled back exposing the live conductors.
