29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, personal fall arrest system, or other approved alternative fall protection system: Merritt Restoration, LLC @ 5447 Bobcat Ct., Frederick, CO 80504: On and before June 9th, 2011, the controlling employer did not ensure that subcontractor employees were protected from injury, in that employees conducting re-roofing operations were protected from fall hazards. This condition exposed the employee to a fall of approximately 15 feet.
