CFR 1926.20(b) (2): Employer did not provide programs for frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment to be made by competent persons designated by the employers. (a) I-Kota, 1031 33rd Street, Denver, CO 80204: On and before May 17, 2011, as the controlling employer who booked the job, dictated the start and end dates, along with the scope of work, two employees were witnessed working off scaffolding at 13 feet and they were not protected from falling by an adequate fall protection system due to the lack of adequate job site inspections by the controlling employer. Condition exposed employees to fall hazards of over 13 feet. Abatement Note: Abatement certification is required for this item (See enclosed "Sample Abatement-Certification Letter").
