Two employees were observed working on an 8:12 pitch roof installing tile and were not wearing fall protection.  The employees had not received fall protection training.  This condition exposed the employees to a fall hazard of up to approximately 30 feet.    Abatement Note: The program shall enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and shall train each employee in the procedures to be followed inorder to minimize these hazards.    Abatement Note: Abatement certification is required for this item (see enclosed "Sample Abatement Certification Letter").
