29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail system, safety net system, personal fall arrest system, or other approved alternative fall protection system: (a) Faster Plaster, Inc. @ 15947 Antora Peak Dr., Broomfield, CO 80023: On and before May 21st, 2011, the exposing employer did not ensure employees were protected from injury, in that an employee accessed a lower level roof to conduct while conducting construction activities while exposed to a fall hazards. The condition exposed an employee to a 10 foot fall hazard.
