29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold 10 feet above a lower level was not protected from falling to the lower level: (a)Gatos Construction @ 4461 Tanager Trail, Broomfield, CO 80023: On and before May 21st, 2011, the exposing employer did not ensure that an employee was protected from a fall from elevation, in that guardrails or other suitable fall protection were not properly installed on the working platform of the scaffolding. The scaffold used on the west side of the single family home under construction lacked endrails. This condition exposed employees to a fall of approximate 13 feet.
